I am absolutely {ADDICTED} to Pinterest and found a tutorial for a fabric flower necklace, so I changed it up a bit and wanted to share my tutorial with yall!
For your supplies you will need:
Hot Glue Gun
Scissors
White Felt Square
Felt Square in the color of your choice
Necklace Chain
Necklace Clasps (if you'd like; I ended up not using them)
First, start by cutting out 5 one inch circles from the white felt. They dont have to be perfect circles, they just need to be relatively the same size.
I took my colored felt and cut it into four squares and stacked them on top of each other in order to cut more circles at a time.
You need to cut out lots of circles the same size from the colored felt. I used about eight circles per flower, so I cut approximately 40 colored circles. Again, they don't have to be perfect circles!
Put a dot of hot glue in the middle of the each colored circle and pinch from the bottom to make a gathered look.
Put a dot of hot glue in the middle of the white felt circle and press down the gathered felt piece.
After you glue down the middle piece, repeat the same process until you have the entire white felt circle covered.
Make 5 of these!
Align on the leftover white felt the way you want your necklace to look.
Glue all but the top two flowers down.
Glue the chain to the top two flowers.
Now, glue the top two flowers down to the felt, aligning them with the other flowers. Once the glue is dry, cut off the excess white felt and clean up the edges with your scissors.
Ta-da!
